The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your q33bet account within 1-5 minutes during bank operating hours.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made outside of bank operating hours (typically 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM WIB) may experience delays and will be processed when banking services resume. E-wallet deposits are generally available 24/7.

q33bet does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.4 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If we detect that funds have been deposited from an account not registered to you, we reserve the right to freeze your account, void all bets, and return the deposited funds to the source account.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. If you wish to withdraw a larger amount, you may submit multiple withdrawal requests.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

q33bet does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank may impose receiving fees, which are deducted from the transferred amount. E-wallet withdrawals are generally fee-free.

6.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be restricted or delayed if:

• Your account has not completed KYC verification
• You have active bonus wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled
• Your account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms
• We suspect money laundering or other illegal activity

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

The standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering, you must place bets totaling Rp 30,000,000 before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10-20% contribution

7.3 Maximum Bet Limit During Bonus

7.4 Bonus Abuse

• Coordinated betting with other users to guarantee profits (also known as "bonus arbitrage")
• Using betting strategies designed solely to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk
• Depositing the minimum amount repeatedly to claim deposit bonuses without active play

7.5 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period, typically 30 days from activation. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Placing Bets

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming. We will not honor requests to cancel or modify bets after confirmation, except in cases of obvious system errors or technical malfunctions acknowledged by q33bet.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Togel bets are settled based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG).

8.3 Maximum Payouts

The maximum payout for any single bet is Rp 500,000,000. If a winning bet would result in a payout exceeding this amount, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit.

8.4 Voided Bets

q33bet reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Obvious errors in odds or bet acceptance (e.g., a negative odds display, incorrect team names)
• Technical malfunctions or system errors
• Bets placed after an event has started (unless explicitly offered as in-play betting)
• Bets placed using funds from unverified sources or while account verification is pending
• Suspected collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting

13. Account Closure

13.2 Involuntary Closure

In the event of involuntary closure, we will refund your remaining account balance (excluding any bonuses or winnings obtained through violations) to your registered bank account or e-wallet after deducting any applicable administrative fees.
